Returns

At m.a.d.woman we take pride in offering quality products at all times. If however you are not entirely satisfied when you receive your order, you may send the product back to us with your reasons as to why the it did not meet your expectations. Provided the products are in the same condition as when it left m.a.d.woman we will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement or your money back. m.a.d.woman is happy to exchange your product or refund your money if we receive the returned product within 30 days of you receiving your order (postage charges are non-refundable)

Exchanges

For all orders, simply mail the item back to m.a.d.woman, once recieved we will refund you the full amount minus shipping. Re-order your new products and we'll get it back to you ASAP. Returned products must be be in the same condition as when it was originally dispatched.
